Return and Exchange Policy

At PIXELCOREPC, we are committed to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your product, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please review the details below for more information on our return and exchange process.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in unused, unworn, and original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Personalized or customized items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Watches must be returned in original condition with no signs of wear for a full refund or exchange to be processed.

If the product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, PIXELCOREPC will cover the return shipping cost. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or an exchange request, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

  • Email us at info@pixelcorepc.com with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request โ€“ Order #XXXXXX“.
  • Include the following details in your message:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
    • The reason for the return or exchange
    • Photos of the product (if it is damaged or defective)

Step 2: Await Approval

Once we receive your request, our customer service team will review it and send you return authorization along with detailed instructions. Please wait for approval before sending the item(s) back.

Step 3: Ship the Item Back

  • Repackage the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Use a trackable shipping service and keep the tracking number for your reference.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error made by PIXELCOREPC.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in original, unused condition, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by PIXELCOREPC.

Important: Refunds will only be issued if the product is returned in original, unused condition. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, model, or color, please follow these steps:

  1. Return the original item for a refund.
  2. Place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for.

Once the original item is returned and refunded, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at info@pixelcorepc.com.
  • Include the following details:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damaged or defective item
    • A description of the issue

We will either:

  • Provide a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Offer a full refund, including return shipping fees.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Personalized or customized watches (unless defective)
  • Opened or used watches (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional items
  • Final sale items

7. Late Returns

If the product is returned after 30 days from the date of delivery, we may not be able to process the return or exchange. In some cases, we may offer store credit or a partial refund, depending on the condition of the product and the timing of the return request.
